Shipping Costs
We are pleased to inform you that the shipping cost is included in your order total. However, please be aware that for orders shipped outside of the United States, additional charges may apply.

Orders delivered internationally are subject to customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and can vary significantly based on the value of the items and the specific regulations of the destination.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office to understand any potential fees or duties that may be applicable to your order. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions you may have regarding international shipping.

Payment Methods
Nusrat Durrani Art accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discovery. All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.

Sales Tax
Charges sales tax for New York State residents only.

Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds
When you purchase art, it's important to understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once a piece of art is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as it may not be resalable in its original form. Buyers are encouraged to carefully consider their choices before purchasing to ensure their satisfaction with the artwork.

Returns
To qualify for a return, your artwork must meet specific criteria. First, the piece should be unopened, meaning that the original packaging has not been disturbed or opened in any way. If the artwork is damaged, it must still be in its original packaging to facilitate verification of the condition upon receipt.

Additionally, all accompanying materials, such as certificates of authenticity or documentation, should also be included in their original form. This ensures that the item can be returned in the best possible condition for resale or inspection. Please ensure that you retain all packaging and materials until you are certain that you would like to keep the artwork.

Delivery Gone Missing
Unfortunately, items can go missing in the mail. If your order appears to be lost, please notify us via email at nd@nusratdurrani.com within two weeks for domestic orders and four weeks for international orders after receiving your shipping notification. We will do our best to assist you and the shipping service in locating your package. We can either issue a full refund or send you a replacement. Regrettably, we are unable to assist once this time frame has passed.
